Puffiness in the face and my senior portraits are tomorrow - advice?

Hey all,

So..... I have made a booboo. I have eaten cooked food (with salt( and my face is now puffy. Totally my fault, but I was wondering if there were any ways to reduce face puffiness/ water retention so that I can look fabulous in my photo tomorrow! :) 

I plan on drinking even more loads of water than I normally do.

I also plan on sweating my little butt off in a more-intense jog. 

Anything else that you would recommend?

Get some bronzer to contour your face :) and wear your hair down with lots of volume, or up REALLY high!

Celery, beets and watermelon are known for being diuretics so they flush some of the water retained in your body because of the salt.

If your eyes get a bit puffy in the morning try putting 2 metal tablespoons in the fridge and use them in the morning by placing the backs against your eyes, it actually helps. (washing your face with cold water as well)

That makes sense as to why beet and celery juice have made me feel "slimmer!" Interesting!

I've had terrible problems with swelling after salt since my pregnancies. When I am in bad shape I squeeze one lemon per 32 ounces of water and drink, drink, drink. The lemon juice is a natural diuretic. Good luck! And I'm sure your pics will be beautiful.
