We are planning to start trying for baby #4 in October, and I have not gone raw yet. Right now I just ate a pint of raspberries and am working on a nice watermelon. During my last pregnancy I struggled with my iron levels (they recommended an iron level at a minimum of 120, but mine was under 80).
I really want to avoid that! So, not just about iron but in general - any advice for getting my body ready to carry another wonderfully vegan child into the world? We've been vegan for three years.
