30 Bananas a Day!

I am riding my bike good distances and wanted to know how or what to make/mix that would keep on the bike for a couple of hours to help with fatigue etc when riding the bike for long rides. Ot ideas of hoe to carry something and water. Live in s. ga and it gets very hot riding the bike.

I am new to this so trying to figure all this out too.

Personally i love a good green smoothie after a workout, or just about anytime for that matter;)

 

Fresh young coconut water is a good sports recovery drink.
