Many resources claim that plums, prunes and cranberries are acid forming. Is it true?

Permalink Reply by Marina on February 15, 2012 at 9:12pm I see Duriander. I guess that is whit many more fruits that are unripe. This might be a wild guess, but when they are ripe, so ripe that when u put them in your mouth they melt immediately, at that point they are not acid forming?
