Hello everyone.
So I listened to proffesor Rozalind Gruben talking on YouTube about Social and Emotional Aspects of Eating and I realised that I have loooots of issues myself. I wondered, maybe someone has any information or literature about feeling abandoned? I mean, I really need to educate myself, cause now, since I realised what I truly feel, I donno what to do with those feelings, how to cope and evolve somehow... I mean, all the psychotherapy stuff I have read, talks only about recognizing the feeling and assumes that its all you need to do... Like it disolves in a thin air... I dont feel that happening... It really bugs me, cause Im tryin to do right thing, but it makes me weak, naked and unarmed...

Have you ever worked with him (e.g. had a consultation)? If so, any feedback? :)
With love and gratitude,
