30 Bananas a Day!

Hi,

This is Charlie Abel, author of "The Raw Food Bodybuilding Training Manual" sold at the Vibrance Magazine bookstore.

I am planning a website dedicated to the book. On the site, besides my own bodybuilding photo and results, it would be very credible to have the photos and results of several other people who have put muscle on their body using my program.

So here is my proposal:

I need a handful of people on a vegan diet with access to gym equipment who are willing to put muscle on their body by working out 30 minutes 3 times per week using my program for 6 months to a year. The program consists of lifting heavy weights (this is not a calisthenics or bodyweight exercise program).

In return, I will have the right to use your photos and results on my website to promote my book.

Come on you could be a 200 lbs marathon runner

I would love, love, love to participate.  I already have some good before shots and videos (by good I mean hideously chubby in a bikini which I guess is good in a before shot!!!) and would be willing to take more.  I have been low fat raw vegan 100% for just over 5 months now and have lost some weight but have come to a plateau.  I am half way to my goal and have been feeling that lifting weights could be the missing link which will see me achieve my goals.  Over the past 5 months my exercise has been solely cardio based - bushwalking, cycling, zumba and kayaking.  Also I have weighed, measured and logged every morsel which has passed my lips during this time onto a calorie counting website, so you can see exactly what and how much I have been eating. I am an extremely driven and motivated person who just needs a goal, and I will reach it! I have lost 25lbs just by going vegan, and now going raw and I would love to gain muscle! I have access to a full gym and open to dietary changes! This is truly the motivation I need. Please select me :) Regardless, good luck and thank you for serving as such a great role model!

love to be part of this. Have been running on the 811 diet for almost a month now and i go to the gym regularly, the problem is (has always been) that not much is happening in the muscle department so im up for suggestions!

 

Im pretty skinny so i have only muscle and weight to gain which has been my goal anyway.

I came across your page and saw that you looking for volunteers for your fitness testimony. I would absolutely LOVE to do this!! I'm very new to this lifestyle, so it would be great to follow a particular program and learn how to nourish my body properly! I am also trying to lose about 30lbs.

I recently watched your talk about building muscle at the first OrganicAthlete conference, and it gave me a lot of insight and motivation to really focus on my fitness goals. Been working hard and would love to participate in this if your quota hasn't been met yet!
