I have been having 40%/60% green smoothies three times a day for a few weeks for my meals daily which went very well but i have decided i needed to up my calories so i have switched my diet up from yesterday.
I just made a smoothie with five banana's and five medjool dates with 1/3 cup water kefir and distiller water and now my stomach is in quite bad pain and i have this pain in the top right of my arm??? as if someone has punched me really hard there... Have i just had to big of a smoothie? it was around 1.5 litres and the only time i experienced this before was went i ate far too much water melon... Thanks
