30 Bananas a Day!

Hello!

 

So I have been hcrv for a few months, sometimes I will eat some cooked grains (like brown rice or whole wheat pasta) and the past few days I;ve been out and about and sloppy and also ate things that contained salt, still hcrv, but yeah, grains and salt. And my joints seem to be a bit annoyed, is there a relation between salt and/or grains and this burning annoying feeling in hands/fingers?

Perhaps I got sensitive to it since i went high carb raw vegan, because when i was cooked vegan before for years i never had this...

 

Would love insight from you fruities! :D

I am more sensitive now to things than I was before.  I don't know if it's getting older, or getting more cleaner because I'm eating this way, or both.  But I can't get away with the things I used to - dietary deviations definitely affect me more strongly now.  On the bright side, this helps keep me eating the healthiest food!

Yeah, I agree with you Sweetfruitlover... i definitely think that if you live more pure and then throw in something not so pure, it has a much bigger effect! It's a great thing really... because like you said, it keeps you away from these (unhealthy) foods.

Carly Lauren, interesting! You're righy... you want to stay away from something that clearly is making you feel crappy... the body is a great indicator that way. lucky for us we're even more sensitive now thanks to healthful living :D it really is a blessing, I feel.

I have this problem specifically with wheat.  It is very noticeable now that I rarely eat wheat and rarely wake up with that pain and stiffness.  But I remember waking up feeling like that every day in my 20s.  I remember my mother complaining about that during my childhood and blaming it on aging and carpal tunnel.  Good luck!
