after I eat I have been getting horrible back pain. It used to only happen after I drank a large banana smoothie but now it is after every single meal. I did a quick search and they said it could be caused by ulcers along my digestion track, causing me pain. Which actually does make sense.
I figured avoiding acidic fruits would help but what else should I do? Should I go fully raw to heal? Should I only eat one fruit (banana, watermelon, etc.) until I heal?
I really don't know what to do and the last thing I want to do is see a doctor so he can throw pills down my throat
Please? I don't know what to do. It really hurts
Maybe this is my body's way of telling me this isn't the diet for me after all
This definitely is not your body telling you that this isn't the 'diet' for you! Its a lifestyle not a diet, try going fully raw and just experiment but don't go back to meat and dairy. You might feel discomforting changes in your body but that's only your body trying to heal itself, these things take time. I would personally recommend back stretches or a nice deep tissue massage.
I wish you all the best :) x
Never meant eating meat and dairy, that is disgusting.
I just meant the fruit. It had said that one of the causes of ulcers is a lack in certain vitamins. It is hard for me to get a wide variety of foods because I am very picky. I have to force myself to eat vegetables.
The only thing I can think of is that I haven't been as careful with my salt intake.
How long do you think I should do fully raw?
I say, be raw for a couple of days, like 3 or 4. Let your body process what is going on. Do mono meals and focus on hydrating yourself as well! Be steady that this is the right lifestyle, stay away from cooked foods for now.
Btw, how long have you been doing this lifestyle?
I believe I started May 1st or around there.
It is hard to stay away from the cooked foods because it seems like the only thing that doesn't irritate it is rice.
DO 100 squats a day....it only take a few minutes each morning...sometimes the solution is more than just food....
