I've been on this RAW TILL 4 program for more than a month but I hadn't been getting enough calories as well as enough sleep until a week ago and since then I've been feeling great,I mean,lots of energy,feeling more alive than ever :))))
however recently I notice my hair's falling out A LOT!!
I usually have rice and oatmeal for dinner,sometimes with a little tamari sauce/miso/fermented vegetables
please tell me if there's anything in my diet I could change to stop my hair from falling out

I think it will take longer than a week to cure the symptoms caused by eating to few calories. Just eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, remember to eat your greens, and be sure to get enough calories and everything will sort itself out.
Isn't hair loss a symptom of not consuming enough calories? How many calories are you consuming in a day? (just because you've added cooked food to your diet doesn't mean you are suddenly getting enough energy in!) I've had the same problem in the past...not sure how to remedy it as i often DO NOT feel hungry.
Hair loss is a symptom of under eating. Also I would chuck the fermented products including the miso and tamari sauce.
