30 Bananas a Day!

Nutrition and Health handouts needed- help please

Hello Friends,

I am a home birth midwife and counsel women and families for preconception, during pregnancy and postpartum. One of the most important topics of discussion during most appointments is nutrition, of course. I would like to compile SIMPLE HANDOUTS for the families I serve to help with the education process. Do you have any that I can share? Do you know a website that has some available? Thank you for your help in advance!!!!!

On the 30BaD home page, scroll down and look on your left hand side column for the 30BaD brochure.
