i used to smash avocados and nuts during my transition, but now i walk past them and act like they do not exist....
A while back i kept being hit by the info "AVOCADOS ARE SUPERFOODS!!!!" that it has everything to survive its the most powerful food source ever!!!!
if that is the case then why do i not crave them!!!! i used to love them heaps!!!! in my mind i miss eating them.... whats going on!!! should i force myself to get back into them??have i just forgotten??
i used to crave them so bad but i think it was because i was undercarbed????
to be honest when i first tried them, they were no big deal, you probably wont even like them, there is noway you will get addicted right away
