Inability to sleep well is often a sign of being under-carbed.
Do you have a history of restricting calories? Are you eating more than 10% of your calories from fat?

That will perhaps shed some light on this, at least in my mind. Also, you stated in a prior post waking up after 5 hrs. Are you eating/drinking anything with caffeine in it?

Permalink Reply by ORGANIC811LFRV on May 20, 2012 at 9:12pm Candace, not only are you eating non vegie-fruit items, you are also ingesting god only knows what chemicals, msg, gmo's, salt, and toxic elements. I would recommend making a clean break for 30 days.
On this site you will find the answer to your dilemma. Eating dates, bananas, smoothies, greens will take away cravings for meats and such eventually.
