Not that it's why I am an 80-10-10 raw vegan. It's been about a month, following 80-10-10. I make sure to get enough calories with cronometer. An average day of meals for me is 2 glasses of fresh grapefruit and orange juice for breakfast, a large mono fruit meal of whatever fruit on hand, then a salad for dinner. I also have been training for a half marathon so doing 4 or 5 runs a week, shorter distances during week long runs on weekends. I'm a fruititarian because I believe that we are truely meant to eat a diet of natural organic fruits and veggies. But can't help but hope that it would help me lose some weight after eating a high fat vegan diet ( so much coconut oil before, flax, nuts, ect).but I'm still about 30 pounds heavier then my normal weight. Any thoughts?
