Can one explain this to me. I've read meat contains all the aminos, but not fruits and veggies.
If so, what can I eat to get complete aminos?

That's why it is important to achieve diversity longterm. Plant based, high carb, low fat, low sodium, drugfree.

Variety is key to adjust this proportion. Eat your greens.
