I just decided to quit being a fruitarian, my teeth, my head, my breathing cant take it anymore. My teeth kill me whenever I bite on something sweet, right now this has become like torture to me. I still stand against eating animals and killing innocent animals for food.
Anybody have any suggestions for me?

What was your diet like before LFRV?
I never liked coffee
I went on the atkins diet(yuck) 4 years ago and since then I have hated eating meat/chicken/fish and have developed a negative reaction just by coming near to smelling them
But I will say this... I absoloutely adore prawns cooked with indian spicy rice :P
I ate mostly carbohydrates like fruits/starchy vegetables/refined white bread/pastas
I hate chocolate, I never eat sweet things unless their fruit, Mangos are like chocolate to me.
How long have you been 100% LFRV?
2 weeks and 3 days
What do you eat on a daily basis?
1 liter of orange and mango juice
5 to 8 bananas
20 dates
sometimes
Mandarines
Pineapple
Apples
Passion fruit
Green Apples
How's your water intake?
1.5 liter a day
Do you get enough sleep?
My sleep only got better this week, in fact I've been sleeping to much this week, I sleep at nine pm till 8 am.
Permalink Reply by Esra on May 3, 2012 at 6:34am Thanks Nana. Congrats on starting out! I agree with Adam on adding greens in your diet. Lots of greens. Try to aim for a 1/2-1 lb/day, ideally 1lb.
Another thing I see (again, like Adam said!) I would cut out the acidic fruits (oranges, green apples, pineapple) which are probably causing a lot of damage to your teeth since they're probably not properly ripened.
If you have to supplement with cooked tubers for now to keep your calories up, if you definitely can't handle the tooth pain then that would be a good idea. The headaches on the other hand may be initial detoxification (many people get them when they switch over to LFRV at the beginning) or they may simply be from dehydration.
Permalink Reply by Esra on May 3, 2012 at 6:44am Another thing Nana. I noticed you're from Dubai, are the dates you're eating free of additives or are they coated in glucose? The reason I'm asking is because all the dates that come to Canada from Dubai seem to be coated in glucose.
Permalink Reply by Nana on May 3, 2012 at 7:01am Nope, i buy iranian dates, their sweet and have no glucose coating on them but they aren't organic. Also I don't recommend you to buy from Dubai dates, the best tasting dates I ever came across are from Saudi Arabia, but getting them is so hard and expensive so I usually buy cheap iranian dates.
Permalink Reply by bannanaskin on May 3, 2012 at 8:27am which iranian dates you buy hurma bam or zahedi? i noticed that im more toerate medjool and deglet than hurma and bam. actually i noticed some juicing time or some fating benefiting. also i noticed some things are socially. or i was lacking in activity. im still on a search as well.
Permalink Reply by DURIANRIDER on May 5, 2012 at 5:39pm Iranian dates are full of chemicals if they aint organic. They often get vacum fumigated with methyl bromide.
You could be having an allergic reaction to the methyl bromide. Actually I can't say you're allergic cos methyl bromide is a FULL BLOWN TOXIN lol!
Its like being allergic to a speeding mack truck whilst walking across the road.
Some people are uber sensitive to chemicals and they manifest symptoms quicker than others. I would eat iranian dates if thats all I had but would NOT eat them as a staple. I wouldnt eat any non organic food as a staple.

Permalink Reply by Mara Cordova on May 5, 2012 at 4:15pm Also, you're a tiny bit short on water- you should be drinking 1.89L (64oz) minimum. Your sleep sounds better, actually. It might SEEM like too much, but really it's not. When you sleep, your body is doing all sorts of important repair and growth and functions that it can't devote the energy to doing while you're awake. Think of sleep as internal organ exercise time.
Permalink Reply by Julia on May 3, 2012 at 1:55am Are smoothies and Orange-Juice ok for you (because then you wouldn't have to take any bites)?
Perhaps, you can also try to first eat lfcookedvegan for some time and see whether your teeth start recovering. (The aching will go away when your teeth get stronger.)
I would also recommend you to start experimenting: are you brushing your teeth with toothpaste? If so, try to brush your teeth only with water for one week. And see whether it helps.
Permalink Reply by Nana on May 3, 2012 at 2:06am I actually drink 1 liter of orange and mango juice daily as breakfast
I'll try the vegan cooked thing but I am really striving on cutting off cooked food from my diet.
Also, I am completely natural, I dont use tooth pastes anymore.
Permalink Reply by Lorraine Pope on May 21, 2012 at 10:30pm I have really sensitive teeth, and find any juice really really hurts my teeth so badly, even if I brush directly after drinking juice, especially citrus. So maybe make an orange /mango smoothie rather than juice? I find smoothies don't hurt my teeth at all (unless I add pineapple as that really wrecks my teeth) - so maybe that would help you?
Even adding dates to my smoothies does not seem to affect my teeth like any small amounts of juice does.
Good luck :D x
