I just decided to quit being a fruitarian, my teeth, my head, my breathing cant take it anymore. My teeth kill me whenever I bite on something sweet, right now this has become like torture to me. I still stand against eating animals and killing innocent animals for food.
Anybody have any suggestions for me?

Thanks Nana, are you eating any greens?
How long on LFRV?
Permalink Reply by Adam on May 3, 2012 at 4:29am Looks like you are consuming a lot of acid and subacid fruits. These are rarely ripened properly and hence remain too acidic to be eaten in quantity. This can cause problems for the teeth. Also looks like you aren't eating much greens. Most people are vitamin D and mineral deficient before they start the diet. Adopting a diet high in acids and providing an inadequate amount of calcium and magnesium from greens balanced with phosphorus, could exacerbate this. Looks like you need to do some different planning.
This isn't a fruitarian diet. It is a fruit based diet with lots and lots of green leafy veg.
However, if you really are going to go back a cooked vegan diet, then this is a very healthy diet too, if it is low in oil and salt and is made from whole foods. Keep away from gluten and keep grains to a minimum overall. Focus on tubers as much as possible.
Take care

Permalink Reply by Mara Cordova on May 5, 2012 at 4:11pm That's a lot of varied fruits... it's possible some of them don't go with each other. Usually I have 5 bananas a meal, 5 times a day, and perhaps one or two navel oranges to round out. That is a LOT of dates. Also, pineapple doesn't ripen after it's picked, so if you have unripe pineapple, that might be part of the problem. How much water are you drinking?
Permalink Reply by Esra on May 3, 2012 at 1:52am Nana, we're going to need much more information to be able to help you out/suggest things :).
To start off:
What was your diet like before LFRV?
How long have you been 100% LFRV?
What do you eat on a daily basis?
How's your water intake?
Do you get enough sleep?
