So i'm on day 3 and so far so good. I love that I dont feel whoozy like from other diets I have tried and when I mean whoozy I mean low blood sugar. I use to get that all the time. Since I started high carbing it I feel amazing. I have more energy and I actually want to go for a run. I have noticed though that I feel bloated through my stomach... is this a normal transition?
Thanks for the reply... I have been mostly eating bananas.. I started to drink way more water and I'm starting to feel alot better! woohoo
