I'm a newbie to this too although I've been vegan for 5 years, I gave away my food procesor as never used it but I use my Champion juicer and Vitamix every day
I had durian in the States and it was delicious, like mango but soft as banana and sweeter, the ones in the UK don't taste of anything!

Permalink Reply by Luk on April 14, 2012 at 10:28pm You have no kitchen appliances? Good for you! Last 38 days showed you that you do not need them on this life style. Which for me is a great benefit. I do not know how about you but I have no interest in wasting my time preparing food which ends up in destroying the quality (nutrition) of it by some tool i had to spend money on run by electricity made by poluting our planet.
My fav is a grapefruit spoon which I use to eat melons with. Also have a citrus juicer and cuisine art blender. Would also like a spiralizer but haven't bought yet. I've heard vita mixes are way better for smoothies.
I don't use any spices.
My only advice is to enjoy copious amounts of fruit, track your calories to make sure you're getting enough, prioritize rest and water and enjoy your new energy.

Post-raw, you will rarely have any sensation in your stomach when hungry, but more like a pleasant desire to put something in your mouth.
It could be that since your stomach is not making noises, you aren't aware that you are hungry. It could also be that you haven't yet adjusted to eating large volumes of food. Listen to your body. Don't cram it in if it hurts. If you get hungry again, then eat. Over time you'll adjust and figure out what your body needs.
