30 Bananas a Day!

Hello everyone

I'm a newbie to HCRV, and am looking for some salad dressing recipes.  Does anyone have some that they can share with me, or share some web links? Thanks :)

Welcome to 30bad Valerie! Are you looking for fruity dressings or more savory ones?

Mango blended with basil and dates is always delicious (especially over baby spinach). One of my favorites!

I'm actually doing a recipe video (www.therawmonkey.com/videos) focusing on salad dressing this week so watch out for that too :) Take care, Esperanza xxx

Impressive transformation video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How much time did it take you to heal and start putting weight ? I am also pretty much underweight. I have low stomach acid. Any tips for me ?

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it :) Healing was a gradual process, but I started to see big improvements straight away, like better digestion etc. Some of my allergies went away after a few months for example, and within the first year on this diet I gained 100lb which was great! I'll add you as a friend and then (if you accept my friend request) I can PM you some advice if you'd like :) Take care and speak soon, Esperanza xxx

I am really happy that u added me as a friend. Thank you.

Glad we're friends :)

Hi Esperanza, I watched you'r transformation video last week. Your very inspiring. That recipe sounds delicious, thank you. I like a savory taste.

Thank you Valerie! I'm really glad you liked the video :) xxx

its amazing that something as simple as a squeezed fresh lemon can make your salads blend beautifully.

Just posted a blog post and recipe video for a savory salad dressing here :

Hope you like it! :)

Thanks for the video, it looks really good :) Can't wait to try it.  As a newbie, this is a whole new learning experience.  My whole life, I've only known to either use a processed store bought packaged dressing, or use olive oil with balsamic vinegar.
