Hello everyone
I'm a newbie to HCRV, and am looking for some salad dressing recipes. Does anyone have some that they can share with me, or share some web links? Thanks :)

Mango blended with basil and dates is always delicious (especially over baby spinach). One of my favorites!
I'm actually doing a recipe video (www.therawmonkey.com/videos) focusing on salad dressing this week so watch out for that too :) Take care, Esperanza xxx
Permalink Reply by lelouch on July 3, 2012 at 12:58am Impressive transformation video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How much time did it take you to heal and start putting weight ? I am also pretty much underweight. I have low stomach acid. Any tips for me ?
Permalink Reply by Esperanza Vite - The Raw Monkey on July 3, 2012 at 2:19am Thanks! I'm glad you liked it :) Healing was a gradual process, but I started to see big improvements straight away, like better digestion etc. Some of my allergies went away after a few months for example, and within the first year on this diet I gained 100lb which was great! I'll add you as a friend and then (if you accept my friend request) I can PM you some advice if you'd like :) Take care and speak soon, Esperanza xxx

Permalink Reply by missfruitatious on July 3, 2012 at 8:18am Thanks for the video, it looks really good :) Can't wait to try it. As a newbie, this is a whole new learning experience. My whole life, I've only known to either use a processed store bought packaged dressing, or use olive oil with balsamic vinegar.
