New and Excited :D

Hey everyone!

My name is Beau, I was invited over here by nickyji from raw pleasure....(thanks n :))

I was raw for a bit before I fell pregnant, then went back to the SAD way of eating when I became pregnant, out of fear of my baby not getting what she needed. Now she is almost 4 months old and I feel like crap.
So, I went onto Raw pleasure to look for some books for inspiration. Liked to look of David Wolfes Sunfood Success System (even though 'superfoods' have never appealed to me), but it was out of stock, so chose The 80 10 10 Diet book instead. I remembered everyone talking about it quite a bit at RP. I am still reading it, and it is really clicking with me! My digestion has been shot for quite a while, probably forever actually, so monomeals and eating only 4 different fruits or salad ingreds at a time makes sense to my body.

I have started changing my diet over...eating a large fruit breakfast and a fruit or salad lunch, but still a cooked dinner at this stage as I am breastfeeding and not wanting to change over too quickly for my babes sake.

And you know what? I am already seeing HUGE differences in my digestion, my energy, my skin...its awesome.

So here I am, to get inspiration and advice....and to just hang out :)
