Started taking Neo B12 injections little over a month ago, ive had 5 injections one weekly and they have definately
helped with my energy levels , i dont get headaches as much and i can get through most days without feeling like im gunna die!.
But ive noticed this mad rash on my forehead on my neck ,my chest my back!!
Anyway ive been googling like mad trying to come up with some answers cause its really annoying my skin was so super smooth and acne free for ages ive been raw vegan for 4 years not 100% all the way but pretty damn close.
Just wanted to get help cause i need the b12 my results came back at 140 but i dont know what to do as an alternative on Harleys videos he always seems to say go the injections there 100% but i cant keep this up my body is protesting. What i would like to know is there another b12 injection i can take? i did read that this one has acetic acid which is some form of vinegar, but there is a injection called Hydroxo -b12 that has no acetic acid could this be less invasive on my body??
i would really appreciate any help advice anything i just want my health back were it was.....
I only take mine once a month at the Doctor's office. Once a week might be too much for you.
thank you Myca, i have a doctors appointment on friday so will be asking lots of questions:)
Can i ask how low your b12 was to start with and how it has changed since taking the b12 shots? how long have you been taking the shots Thanks ..
Why not just oral tabs?
Hi Trevor i would but apparently they arent as affective, if you dont absorb b12 properly due to health reasons it better to use b12 shots.
I dont know if i have absorbing issues but i just wanted the results so i went for the most recommend method.
So why not switch to the pills and see what happens. Don't just assume the worst and figure you may have absorbing issues.
Also shots have other chemicals like preservatives in them that may be causing the rash.
Getting shots is nasty unnatural business wouldn't you rather be able to do it another way?
do you supplement?
Can you recommend an oral tablet?
