Need help, first ever newsletter!

Hey guys.. im looking for some advice.

I've got my first edition in an office newsletter in a few days. My column is on nutrition/health/wellness/fitness and would like some ideas on what my first topic should be on.

I'm thinking 'what suits humans' and providing a number of anatomical reasons why fruit is what we're designed for. But maybe thats not subtle enough. I need to appeal to your average joe.

This needs to be light hearted and humerous also.

Please share advice / ideas.

Im in a bank with about 40 people.. aged between 25-50. The whole newsletter is written in a comical kind of way. It's very light hearted / uses a lot of inuendo's and is just quite witty. But my column can be what it wants to be. As long as its interesting and ppl enjoy reading it :)

Just had an idea... i could base it around the bonobo and speak about their eating habits? (as they are the closest relation to humans)

ok... just thought of a good idea.

topic = does fruit make you fat?

i'll put a picture of freelee in it and talk about her story. would that be ok?

i could talk about how high fruit diets will only make you fat if you have a high fat diet too.

but i need some pointers to give. Please provide some informative info that i could put in it to make ppl aware.
