Here are some of the things I want in a place to live, name a place like this, it can be anywhere in the world you can think of.
***************************
Fruit and veggies are everywhere year round and cheap
You can throw your fruit scraps anywhere and let it compost
There's lots of vegetation around, natural parks not landscaped ones, hills or mountains with dirt trails and water springs
It's warm enough to wear shorts and no shirt year round or most of the year
You can go barefoot into places without anyone stopping you
Everyone is really relaxed and happy
There's people exercising all over the place
Water taps are around to refill water bottles, and urinating in public is not heavily frowned upon
There's interesting colleges around that do things like outdoor classes
There's intelligent people everywhere to start a conversation with
There's a lot of cultural diversity and everyone is open to sharing their ways
No one smokes or gets stupid drunk too often
Everyone travels without a car
Not many automotive roads around, walking and biking paths more common, seldom used by motor cars
The waters are nice for swimming
There's nice beaches or ponds (maybe some nude ones)
People sleep outside, just generally lay around and enjoy the outdoors
Sitting indoors watching TV is non-existent
The activities are good, lots of fun or competitive things that occur frequently, like running, cycling, swimming, yoga, rowing/kayaking, triathlons, martial arts gyms/dojo's
There's easy to get job's that give exercise, fun, sun
******************************
A place this great sounds expensive to live in, as long as the fruit is cheap, I don't see too many reasons to be worried, I hate buying consumer goods or new clothes. I'll probably just stay out all the time, sleep outside, screw paying for a house or apartment, stay with close friends if needed.
Name a place and I'll look at the college's there and see if that gives me ideas on what I want to take.
Post your dream place and talk about where people can find theirs. List some helpful resources for finding out about places or discovering new places.

Permalink Reply by Trevor Gates on July 18, 2012 at 5:04am You could have said "the grass isn't always browner" but you chose to put emphasis on the negative side of the grass's color.. :) Boy this is fun!
Communication should be understood by both parties universally. This is why exact detail is necessary.

Permalink Reply by Erik Nielsen on July 17, 2012 at 6:22pm What you describe sounds like exactly what I want. I've been thinking about Hawaii. Everyone talks about the big island, but I like being around a lot of people so I'm thinking Oahu. plus I have an uncle there. But I don't know him.

If you want a paradise city try new-frickin-york or san-fran-frickin-cisco(two of my personal faves).
Really I think the "greenest grass" is international living/working.. This whole world is paradise you just have to travel the whole thing to get the maximum benefit. You can build a house here, start a business there, and pick your fruit somewhere else. FUN FUN!
Permalink Reply by GeorgeTheFruitarian on July 17, 2012 at 11:06pm Oh my goodness... The way you describe the world sounds like paradise to me.
...if anyone have it, i'll be there instantly!

Permalink Reply by David Costa on July 18, 2012 at 5:47am I have been in the same neighborhood since I was 2, alone most of the time, no job in two years, paranoid of getting another job just working everyday waiting for that idea that never comes. I can't spend my whole life in some crappy neighborhood. I feel like nothing changes, I get this tension in my body looking at the same scenery here, whenever I have been a few miles away from here I start to feel better, a few hundred I felt a lot better.
It sounds like I need to get out more where I am and figure out what to do, so I'm going out right now after writing this. But Cape Cod is going to be a wasteland in a few months and I need to pick a place to concentrate on moving to. Not healthy to be in thick clothing all winter and away from the sun.
Permalink Reply by Rawbert on July 18, 2012 at 12:20pm Yeah I think raw vegans should only wwoof on frutarian/natural hygienist farms.. if there are any out there lol.. well I'm starting one in a few months so yall can sign up soon! :)

Permalink Reply by David Costa on July 18, 2012 at 11:20am Do you think you would have that state of mind if you almost never left one place you weren't really fond of?
Permalink Reply by David Costa on July 18, 2012 at 12:27pm I've never been to college, dropped out of high school and got a GED, keep wanting to go on and off but I just cant get the slightest urge to choose, keep looking at things like anthropology, social science, cosmology, particle physics. Used to think more about like nanotechnology, biology, engineering, but all that stuff sounds like it will just get you a job working for someone who has control over you.
Right now I think I want to find something that will allow me to roam the world and write or something, make youtube vids of what I love and make money off adsense, let my travels be the basis, but just writing reviews about what hotel's I visited or how many bars there are in a place sounds like a waste of a life.
