Posting for accountability's sake. I've been having some really extreme cooked food binges lately. We're talking over a thousand calories worth of junk food in a few hours time span. I've never had such regular and terrible binges, even before I started trying 80/10/10. Anyway, I'm going to start posting pictures of my daily meals and all that jazz to keep myself on track. Thanks for checking it out, precious people. :) Please help keep me on track.

If you wanna skype me, inbox me. It sounds like you have a lot of underlying issues that need addressing. I've been there, done that. Yes, i mean binging and binging and not puking. And yes i mean, non vegan binges too! If you've come straight from SAD then you'll need to acknowledge how far you've come and maybe sort out the truth from the lies, excuses and blaming.

Thank you Janna, I really appreciate the response. I'm definitely coming straight from SAD but this transition has been many, many months in the making. I really want to be able to stick to this lifestyle but I continue to find excuses to revert back to the foods I crave. I'm waking up to a salty moon face right now, but excited to partake in the orange juice I painstakingly squeezed last night. :) Back to day one.
