For about several months now, my lower abdomen has felt hard and little bloated. I switched my diet to HCRV about 2 months ago (I'm trying to heal a tumor), with no change.
But I have been eating a lot more (fruits) in the past 2 weeks, because I found myself constantly hungry. And my lower belly is getting more and more hard and bloated since I have increased my fruit intake. Now, it is constantly bloated, and even when I wake up in the morning. I don't feel any pain due to that, but I feel heavy. It also embarrasses me as I can't wear skin-tight clothes any more, without looking like a pregnant women. And I have sometimes gas in the evening, too.
I'm looking for any explanation.
Here's my daily intake :
-2L apple juice
-1L orange juice
-2 small pineapples
-10 large bananas smoothie
-6 large bananas, 2lbs apricot, 1lbs spinach smoothie
-10 large bananas
-1lbs frozen french peas, steamed and little salted
-1,5L water
I do very little exercise. I sleep 10hrs per night. I mono-meal generaly (except for the banana-apricot-spinach smoothie) and I eat every 2 hours to stay everytime energised.
How can I deflate my lower abdomen?

Also get rid of the spinach, juice, and peas. See what happens. Then add each back one by one and see if problem comes back.
Try rotating your greens. A pound of spinach a day every single day is not good if you don't want kidney stones (you probably don't.)
Permalink Reply by Fluffy white rabbit on June 27, 2012 at 4:35am Thank you for the advice. I'm cutting out salt right now. I didn't mention that I use to rotate my greens. But at the moment spinach here are very easy to found so I take this opportunity.
I will try getting rid of my greens (raw and steamed) for a while and see. But why do you think juice may be the culprit?
