30 Bananas a Day!

Last year i was struggling with raw foods. I was on and off raw and junk foods. Eating too little calories from fruit and then binged 3 months! But from the beginning of this year, i started to slowly transitioning to raw foods. So first i became cooked low fat vegan. Eating fruits still for breakfast and lunch but had a cooked vegan food for dinner. Slowly i left out salt and condiments. Gave up grains and making my diet simpler every day until i was just eating sweet potatoes and steamed corn as my only cooked meal with a big salad. I havent lost a huuuge amount of weight, just 5 kilos so far, but from the pictures and how i feel i see a big difference! :) And from this year i decided to not restrict my calories. Eating over 3000 cals a day. Currently im already on 100% raw foods :)

Wow, 11 pounds lost is amazing enough, but your body looks entirely different!  It's cleaner, you look like two different people.  Congrats!
