My before and after.

Well, looking at them side by side I can see the difference.

As horrendously embarrassing as this is, it's liberating at the same time.

The majority of this is all thanks to the LFVR diet OR its principles.

(and sweat, lots of sweat!)

My horse is sure happier :p

I truly hope this helps someone.

It is amazing just how much younger you look now. We have pretty much the same height (though my weight stats are still close to your BEFORE stats).
