My 3 Year Raw Vegan Bodybuilding Transformation Video!
Hi everyone, it has been over half a year now since I posted a recent picture of myself here so I figured that it was about time to post a new one but after looking at some old pictures of myself and then looking in the mirror I said to myself, "Forget taking a picture, I'm making a YouTube video about this!"
This is my first YouTube video. If you like it please subscribe. (I can't image myself not making more videos in the future.) And by all means please share this with anyone who you think would benefit from seeing it.
This video only takes about 3 minutes to watch but it took me 3 years to make it happen :)
Oh yeah, this is also my 1,000th post on 30BAD! YAY!!!

I am trying to motivate and educate him to becoming HCRV as well! :) (He is eating a SND (standard norwegian diet)). He has more or less the same build as you had before. Tall and skinny. He can eat almost anything without losing or gaining much weight. I'm hoping he will get inspired ;)
