I've been transitioning low fat raw vegan since december 09. I've been back and forth between high fat, low fat since then.
The longest i have done 100% 90-5-5 is a month I am trying to relieve depression i've had since my teenager days. High greens really helps, but i am preferring my fruit these days.
I recently fell off the wagon and onto cooked foods, and my mood is crap!!
I was wondering how long does it take to get this happy feeling from fruit ? I haven't yet experienced it, although my mood of course is much better than when i am on cooked...
