Starting my week off right and RAW! :) I have done this before but then added a little bit of cooked foods leaving me at 75-80% raw. I now realize my body and mind are not happy unless I go all the way. I am ready for the lectures and everyone around me telling me I am crazy lol! Send your positive energy my way :)
Its not so much about 100% raw cos you can be 100% raw and eating toxic raw chocolate, rancid cashews and lipemia inducing raw oils...
Its more about 100% sufficient sugary fruit cals, sleep, water, fun, sun etc.
Cooked food could mean bottled juice, dried fruit, steamed organic potatoes or steak and fries at the pub. Obviously not going to have the same effect on our we look, feel and perform.
