This is a youtube vid interview I did with the Coconut Boys in Cairns in tropical north queensland, Australia. Check it out! Soon they'll have a raw vegan restaurant up and running in cairns. They're awesome and inspiring. They came from Germany and started their own business selling coconuts. they climb the trees themselves, pick the coconuts, and sell them--young and old. They also have sprouted coconuts (sooo yum)
If you're ever in cairns, hit them up at Rusty's market, where their current stand is friday-sunday. And when their restaurant opens, check it out! Some of their menu items are shown in the video. Absolutely beautiful, delicious, artwork food.
