Its a twist on Dr Graham's recipe.
Blend blueberries, water and mint leaves. Drizzle over pieces of mangoes and it's like eating pie/ pudding/ melted ice-cream! I was able to eat at least 4 large mangoes and tons of blueberries this way instead of powering through just eating the mangoes off their skins (although it's near impossible for me to get sick of them any way!) ;-)
