30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone! I am very new to the raw movement. Only became vegan this past Febuary. Now I am anxious to feel as great as it seems you can on 811, but I am struggling. I stay strong until dinner time, and then I break for cooked. I know it one step at a time, and I am making progress. I went cold turkey when switching to vegan, and I guess thought going cold turkey to raw low fat would be a piece of ......fruit! Not so much! Any advice?

Hi there !

I am new too and I have been struggling a lot with the same problem you are having. I kept eating more fruit and the cooked food in my diet slowly but surely loses its attraction, please hang on there, don't get disheartened and keep doing it you will get there !
