I'm new here and I'm seeking others who eating foods as naturally as possible (and I'm hoping to have luck here).
^^In other words no recipes, no extra added ingredients, rather just plain and simple like eating any fruits and vegetables plain.
That's how I live and I'd like to know if any other vegans or raw vegans promote that. I feel that when I live/eat that way, I am as happy as can be and I actually can taste the real taste of the foods. My opinion is extra ingredients sabotauge the taste etc.

with the exception of two days in the last 6 months i have eaten nothing but fruit and the odd veg.
i must add the disclaimer that it has also helped catalyse my decision to quit my job and move to the tropics.

I haven't read Dr. Grahams book yet. Though I would like it if someone would cross out all the numbers regarding calories and weight even though I've been clean from eating disorders for a long time.
