Hey you Nanners!
It is sooo great to be here!!
I just signed up; started eating loads of fruit a few days ago, 80/10/10 book is on it's way, finished "Fat to fabulous" yesterday:
I feel soo good and soo abundant eating all this fruit, wow!
So Cheers to you all!
I have a question: Next friday a beloved friend is coming over to dinner and of course I'd like to show her fabulous healthy organic LFRV dinner that looks delicious and taste like from another dimension.
I had a look on the net, but am so new I was wondering if any of you guys know any really good "WOW" recipes so I can convince her and we can add another soul to this community.
Anyone any fab ideas? I am especially wondering about course combinations, you know to make a fab 3 course meal that will make her feel good?
Thanks!
Janine

I have a 3 course valentine menu on my website which could work well. http://www.therawmonkey.com/valentine-love/ Just use a different shaped cutter for the starter if you don't want to have a love/valentine's theme!
Also, the apple pie recipe (in the recipe section) is always popular with everyone so you could give that a go too.
Have a really good time :)

Yes, Venice is amazing! I love Italy so much! Do you speak Italian? The Biennale must have been wonderful :)
