Two newbie questions:
1.At about what time do you eat your last meal of the day?
I just watched DR's video on sleep. If I'm going to try to aim for going to bed earlier, I think I might need to eat my last meal of the day earlier.
2. What are you guys eating for dinner? Fruit only? Salad and fruit? I've been having a mono-meal of bananas or a banana-date smoothie but then I find it hard to sleep because I have a lot of energy.
I try to stop eating 2 hours before sleep
1. Just had 20 dates, last meal, around 4pm
2. Dinner lately is either dates or 8 banana/berry smoothie with greens
Yeah, I think eating supper earlier might help.
