Permalink Reply by Vicki Sorenson on August 17, 2012 at 5:39pm Glad rags are just as eco-friendly, reusable, and very comfortable. Plus you don't have to stick anything up into your vagina. There is a very real risk of reuptaking your menstral blood with those cups, which can lead to endometriosis. The blood is meant to flow out unobstructed. I use hand-made moon pads that snap onto your underwear. Had 'em for 8 years now, same ones.
