So...I feel kind of silly asking, but I figure it's worth a shot since I'm starting to view 80/10/10 as a sort of cure-all after all the miraculous before-and-afters I've been seeing.
So have any of you ladies noticed significant changes in your breasts since transitioning to this lifestyle? I ask because I feel like mine are ravaged from my yo-yoing weight in my teenage years and now with weight loss, they're definitely not as perky or full as they used to be and they're showing a little stretch. I'm always seeing posts about cellulite vanishing, skin bouncing back to radiant health, etc. Is there any hope that my poor lady lumps will see any improvements in size and appearance, or should I start the grieving process now?

I've heard of breasts getting larger which I don't understand.
I've also heard of them becoming perkier but that might not be only dependent on lifestyle.
I'd also like to know of personal experiences from long termers. Not that I'm 'old' or anything, actually the complete opposite but I'd still like to have something to look forward to on this lifestyle. :D

1. Do nothing.
2. Hit the bench press 3x a week.
3. Get a boob job.
