30 Bananas a Day!

Who's down for taking a 30 day month-of-June challenge with me?

Focusing on getting enough fruit, sleep, and FUN every day!

Summer's around the corner, and with all this warm weather and amazing fruit coming in season there's no reason not to eat more fruit and LIVE more! :)

These are my goals for the month!

  • Eat MORE fruit (seems to be everyone's goal, doesn't it?)
  • No salt, no oils, no cooked nasties, NOTHIN!
  • Eat mostly mono-meals
  • Run more, surf more, hike more, play more!
  • And get to bed early! It's so easy to stay up late I really gotta focus on getting enough sleep and sleeping earlier! I can't explain the drastic difference in getting 11 hours of sleep and waking up and 6:00 vs. getting 11 hrs of sleep and waking up at 11:00, so much more groggy after the latter.
  • Focus on the GREAT AWESOME AMAZING things in life and BEEEE HAPPY!

Yay!

I'm down! I pretty much do this already but let's rock! Haha.

same here its hard to eat all raw  sometimes where i live. The produce is NEVER consistent and when they get new shipments in of bananas we have already run out by then and the new ones are not even ripe enough to eat so we have been eating more cooked food then I want. Just gotta make sure I have enough uncooked carbs

I'm in! though i might have to add to eat more greens because i have a hard time with that.

i'm game, there's no excuses here. i'm going overt free myself. watermelon will be on the menu on the REG.

Hope this month will be 100% raw high carb. Still struggling with cooked cravings, but I know I`ll get over them...

I'm in! Did great for 90 days and the past 2 weeks I've eaten way too much cooked foods. Feel gross. Ready for June!
