What do you guys think about juice fasting?
I've been thinking about it for a few weeks and i wanted to get some advice:)

my goal wasn't to lose weight.. it was more for a cleanse i guess,,
i think ill stick to whole fruits then :)

That really is your best bet. The fiber is important. And cleansing isn't really necessary on this lifestyle, since 80/10/10 cleans us right up, in a more sustainable way. Instead of juicing, try smoothies. Fruit and water, blend it up, pound it back! Make that your feast!
If you want to lost weight, here's the trick: carb up! :) Eat all the juicy, sweet fruit you want - fuel up to thrive! If you're fueled up with the food you're built for (fruits and veggies), you're body will love you for it! So, aim for health and your body weight will take care of itself, naturally balancing out at a weight that's healthiest for you. No need for special remedies or procedures... just follow the 80/10/10 program and give it time. Simple as that :)
p.s. what's your current BMI? The only reason I ask is that from your pics, you already look lean and fit. Just hoping you're not falling into that trap of seeing fat that's not there.
