Hi 30 bad ers.
I ordered the sublingual suppplements off amazon and the first batch i bought for my mother had instructions of 1 tablet per 3-4 days. I decided to start a course of the same for myself after mulling over whether to supplement or not, my order came with instructions of 1 tablet per day. Does anyone have any clue of the reason for the discrepency for the same product?.

But I often see recommendations for (not already deficient) vegans are 1000mcg lozenges twice a week.
I'm sure i read somewhere way back that you started taking sublingual b12 at one dose then changed the dose after a month or two, can't remember which way around ... i found this on you tube where she recommends 1,000 - 2,000 mcg per day of methyl to maintain your levels. The section begins at 3m 20s
Ok, so as i hadn't had a regular source of b12 for 3 months, i should take 1 per day for 2 weeks and then go down to 1 per 3-4 days. Thanks for that link : )
I've used Jarrow b12 before. The instructions were 1 per 3-4 days.
