hi,,,i am practicing yoga for about 10 years,,,and now i am discovering isometrics,,and i have found out that the principles of asana and isometrics are very related.
does anyone practice isometrics regullarly??do you get the same benefits from weightlifting??
(i do practice weight lifting)
