Low Cheat = veg juice
Med Cheat = steamed greens
Lg Cheat = cooked starch & vegetables

THAT is not approved of with 811, but my 811 MD/Naturopath and I discussed my inability to do what we wanted the most: a water cleanse. I do mostly fruit and then 1 lb of greens per day with a small amount of garlic and onion - VERY small amount. After day 92 I start a transition period back to solid food that will be 811 and then 100 days solid of strict adherance to 811 by the book.
What should one who WANTS to be 811 do in certain circumstances where adhering to this program is truly impossible? Don't eat. If it is a long period of time then do your best. I am also organic! Choose the best, ripest fruit you can find and eat it slowly and drink water.
Permalink Reply by Dominic Schumerth on May 9, 2012 at 2:22am I eat tubers or grains for dinner and on rare occasion I make sourdough bread. I do use spices and peppers a lot, it's a bit of a problem but I love my spicy food. I really do not strictly follow Dr. Grahams diet but I do believe it is the optimal human diet. I personally am satisfied just being a high carb vegan at this point of my life. Someday I may go the next step.
