It seems like what people are saying is the answer to your question is -- it doesn't actually matter...If you get off of it and you feel bad, you can jump back on. If not, fine...As you know, I'm new and still having some 'slips' (PK calls them sick days!) My slips were waaay freakin' worse than lentils, lol, yet I still dropped 5 lbs (needed to loose 'em) this month...If you start incorporating a cooked vegan meal into you dinners and it feels ok, its probably totally cool. I live in a similar cold climate to you (Wisconsin) and I wouldn't beat myself up at all if I had some vegi soup of some sort by choice...
