Has anyone else experienced extreme hunger with this lifestlye? It seems today like I cant seem to stay full for more than 1-2 hours!
Exercise: Cycling for approx. an hour & light stretching
I didn't really do anything to expend any calories or anything like that but I've been hungry pretty much all day and I'm at 3925 for calories according to crono-meter! I'm a little worried because the past 3 days or so have been like this and I don't want to put on any more body fat than I have to!
If anyone has experienced strong hunger like this before despite not having much exercise or 'under-carbed' please post below!

Permalink Reply by Jelle on August 14, 2012 at 9:53pm Hi Danny, can you share your cron-o-meter logs of the last seven days (screenshots) and your exercise logs (calorie use, duration). How much sleep are you getting? How long have you been 811rv?
I can get "insane" hunger direct after exercise but it happens mostly a day or a few days later. Absorption and utilisation of food, sleep and water takes times, it seems to be important to keep a steady nutritional flow, including greens.
Permalink Reply by Macuilxochitl on August 14, 2012 at 11:03pm Depends on what fruit you eat. High-volume fruit (loads of water) keeps you fuller than high-densitiy fruit (loads of cals), so try mixing these a bit. One of the reasons I don't like dates is the "went from normal to starvation in ten seconds" syndrome. Papaya on the other hand leaves me satisfied for some hours, even if the average meal of it is only 600 cals; plus hunger comes gradually and not like a shock.

Please share your past food background.
Permalink Reply by Keith on August 15, 2012 at 12:56am Don't worry about getting fat, unless you eat a lot of fats and that can include fatty fruit like avocado, you will not gain any fat from fruit.
