30 Bananas a Day!

So I have come to the conclusion I am I wanting a juicer. Mostly want it for juicing greens as I am having difficulty eating my vegetables raw. I loved veggies before starting 811 June 1st 2012, but I guess I enjoy them allot more with blue cheese dressing or olive oil. Which is clearly not an option ;p

I did have a juicer in 06, that I made a few great drinks with. However, I did not keep it long as it was to an extreme a messy clean up.

If I could get some input on what is the most desired juicer, I would really appreciate it.. ;)

All juicers are messy, but if you look at it as a health ritual it will seem important to clean out and you will get faster at it.

You lose too much in fiber and nutrients from using a straight juicer, as opposed to blending and drinking the resulting "smoothie"... keeping the pulp is so important. Maybe invest in a quality blender, like the vitamix, that would be able to blend your greens to a more manageable drink? :) Best of luck to you in life and health.

ding ding ding, winner!!

Blend to get the greens in. Do not 'juice' (extracting all-important fibre.)

Champion Juicers are the best! if you saw Freelees video of banana ice cream at Arnolds Way, they were using a champion juicer to make the banana ice cream. I only juice every now and then, really good to make large batches and take on the road. But my kids could not live with out the fresh ice cream we make out of frozen fruit with it. You get a blank plate which means your keeping all the fiber of the fruit. Champion juicer is multi purpose and very helpful when just starting out, i highly recomend it!
