I'm the new girl, and I'm taking steps towards this lifestyle.
I've been living as a raw vegan for a couple of months now with the occasional slip up.
I'm worried that this will be one of those things I set as a 'goal' and then not keep on track.
I purchased the 80 10 10 book yesterday so hopefully it will arrive in the next week or so.
I would really appreciate some advice/personal stories that will help to keep me motivated and on track :)

I think the hard part for me will be re-programing my brain to not think that...
1- fruit makes you fat
2- to eat SO MUCH food in a day
3- when it's cold that I need a 'hot meal' etc

Learn the health, environmental, karmic and fitness benefits of a vegan lifestyle first. If someone cant swap a hot dog for a tofu dog then they have minimal chance of doing 811 in the long run. Why? Well they wont have any real conviction and will be swayed by their family members/partner/co-workers etc.
