My response immediately after I post this is to go into town and buy 2 massive shopping bags full of bananas and unload them right in front of her!
I started 'overeating' fruit back in April 2002. I read Paul Nison's book and learned about Doug Graham and started my fruit crusade. Ive had regular potassium blood tests last year. NEVER had it even close to being high. Its always around 3.8-4.4. You would think that after 9 years of pounding down the high potassium plant foods and eating a very low sodium diet that I would have issues right?
Even David Wolfe says you will have potassium issues from eating fruit as your staple. You can see how limiting beliefs hurt people/groups.
